We do not re-fund items that have been purchased and then later find that they do not fit?

This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or wrongly described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

Important Note
if you need to return an item then you must include the paperwork provided with that item and return to the specified address in your documentation. Failure to return to the correct address may delay the processing of your refund. Postage cost will be paid by the buyer.

If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
