RETURNS / CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that delivering what you order, when you want it
Is the most important thing we have to do?
If something goes wrong, and occasionally it does, then fixing it quickly and efficiently is the main thing to do.
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
Unfortunately earrings for pierced ears are strictly non-returnable due to Health and Hygiene regulations, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse, returns postage costs will be paid by the buyer.
For overseas customers, please phone, contact us form or e-mail us, and we will  return to you our returns reference number to be placed on the parcel with the address below.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Cancellation
If want to Cancel your order, or you change your mind, no problem, as long as the goods are returned within 7 days, from the day you receive the goods, conditions being that the sealed package is not broken and tags are still intact.
Pease contact us as soon as you can, by phone, contact us form or by e-mail.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

International Returns
We guarantee to refund any item purchased on Sova Collection that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. International Sova Collection purchases can only be returned by post. Sova Collection outside of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sova Collection purchases, without exception. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
