I have worked very hard to make our shop policy as very clear and transparent in putting you at ease as to how my shop works.

 Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.
Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Whether Clothing or Jewellery all returns should be placed in it's original packaging with the tags still intact.
Buyers are responsible for any duties, customs and taxes levied by their individual countries.

 Additional Policies

Unfortunately earrings for pierced ears are strictly non-returnable due to Health and Hygiene regulations, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty
Contact us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to resolve the issue.
